Holiday Inn Express & Suites Perry-National Fairground Area

Ok I’m just going to say it. There is nothing about this holiday inn that warrants the room rates! I know that taxes added $ 24 to the room rate but really!!! The room was ok, nothing special. They advertise 40 inch tv. But don’t mention it isn’t high def. Little annoyances become huge when you feel like your paying too much for room (like not having hooks on back of door in bathroom). The breakfast is not anything special. No different than any other holiday inn express. My advise, keep driving!

Very clean hotel, staff is friendly and they provide free breakfast. Only complaint is hot water doesn’t get as hot as I would like but it’s not bad.

Upon entering we were pleasantly welcomed. The hotel is only two years old, very clean and modern. Staff was friendly and attentive. Our room was a very comfy king sized bed. It also had three different types of plugs attached to the phone for charging your electronic devices. The warm breakfast was good. They kept the area, clean, food stocked and were there to help if needed. One thing to know is they only have drinks in their vending machines. So for snacks they have a very nice little «store» area set up. We paid $ 5.35 for a regular size Reeses Peanut Butter Cup and a small dollar store sized box of Reeses Pieces. Make sure you have snacks or prepaee to over pay.

Fantastic hotel! Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was delicious. The staff we encountered were so friendly and helpful. The location is great, too. Highly recommend!

Great hotel, Clean, friendly, comfortable beds! Seems brand new Holiday inn express continues to please

After calling corporate since Stephanie the manager was useless as t*** on a bull I am finally getting some headway. They seem to realize the gravity of the situation and how they themselves broke the law. Still will never stay at a property they own but I should be getting my money back. They enter rooms with do not disturb signs which is very illegal a search warrant or police officer would need to be called which wasn’t done. Here are your rights when staying at a hotel and as Anthony on hotel impossible says always hotels never should get involved in situations like this police should be called first.

This hotel is the friendliest and cleanest hotel that I have ever stayed in. Staff is super helpful and the free breakfast in the mornings was actually pretty good. The room smelled so fresh and clean. The beds and pillows where comfy… I didn’t want to get out of bed All in all the best hotel around!!! Would highly recommend.

I have done much travel for work in the last 2 years. I usually stay at Holiday Inn/​Holiday Inn Express. I must say that this was the nicest, cleanest and friendliest I have stayed in. The furniture is modern, yet comfortable. It had a different theme than most but you could still tell it was the same chain. If you are looking for something nice, clean and affordable this is the way to go. If you are looking for the Four Seasons, than don’t stay here and give it a mediocre review.

First of all this property must be brand new!
Not a bad thing!
Everything is big and well new.
The lady at the front desk must be also, she did not acknowledge my platinum status, that sounds so stupid, right?
Acknowledge the status, uuuh special.
The thing is when they acknowledge the status as platinum they give you either 500 extra points or a goody bag, I want these points! It adds up fast.
The room was huge and clean besides one thick black short hair in the shower, again I assume the staff is new?
The furniture was amazing !
Cracked me up for sure! We had a gold, very shiny huge couch, weird chairs and lamps (see pics) not bad just unusual.
I never have breakfast at holiday In express they get everything they have send in pre made I think that’s nasty.
No express check out under the door is annoying because you have to go to the front desk and get your receipt there.
The morning lady was stuffy also, I told her that I would like these extra points and she kind of acknowledged it… Not more.
Well so we are back at the friendliness, the hotel is fine but the people there might want to try to smile sometime! Makes life brighter for everybody
