I’m in love with this place and come every 1 – 3 weeks for an acrylic fill. Super talented, professional, and caring, the owner Kim has it going on! I recommend this place to friends all the time! Ask for Kim and you’ll get someone who’s quick and efficient. She’ll make sure you like what you have and it’ll last for weeks– I’m a fitness instructor so I’m rough with my nails!

I’ve lived in Perry Hall for most of my life and this is, hands down, the best Nail Salon in the area. Kim are and her staff are friendly and efficient. You will always feel welcomed and they do their best to keep people from having to wait too long. The location is great and the Spa itself is very clean and comfortable. I’ve been here for ever dance, prom, wedding, special event, and even for a random pedicure before summer vacation and I’ve never had a bad experience. Reasonable prices but since it is such good quality, it can get a little pricey depending on what you get done. I can usually walk out with a mani/pedi for $ 35.

I love Kim’s! Very clean and my gel manicures typically last longer than 2 weeks and most of the staff are awesome. I moved from Perry Hall to Towson and have been unable to find a place I like as much so I head back to Perry Hall as often I can to go back to Kim’s.

I know Kim from a friend… My nails started chipping and messing up within an hour after. It’s day four and nail polish at the tips of my overlay manicure are gone!!! Also, my overlay wasn’t put on neat. It isn’t too thick but it’s not all that even on just one nail. I’m disappointed.

Went here on a whim with my cousin over the weekend and we were glad that they were able to fit us in last minute as a walk-in. The nail place itself is clean and organized with a lot of stations, but nothing spectacular. The nail tech I saw was quick and did a great job on my nails, but it definitely felt rushed. I got the basic spa manicure and requested French. Again, she was quick and efficient but towards the end I felt pretty rushed because someone told her that her next appointment had shown up early. For $ 18, it was decent service and I can’t complain, but when I noticed that she had missed a tiny white spot on my nail, I came back and asked if she could touch it up real quick — she almost seemed upset/irked that I interrupted her with her client… even though I apologized and complimented her work. Oh well. There wasn’t really a hand massage either — very skimped, compared to other places and well the next day, my pretty french mani started chipping. I mean, not just one nail, but a good 3 – 4 of them had lost their white tips in less than 24 hours. My cousin had hers done as well and hers are still looking good. I’m pretty disappointed.

Best nail salon I have every been too! And believe me I’ve tried a lot of them! The salon is very clean and they always open clean tools right in front of you! Lots of techs working so hardly any wait time! Very friendly, great prices and great work! Pedicures are amazing :) one of the only places I’ll go to! And to comment on other reviews the callus remover the the razor like tool is actually a state board violation so they are following it by not using them! Just fyi! My feet are just as soft and even feel better than with that!(I’m a licensed cosmetologist so I know this). Would defiantly recommend!

Terrible manicure and the Men’s cost more than the women’s. They use less product and it takes less time, so why did it cost more. They said because of a buffer that I never saw. The lady rushed thru it, did a poor job and cut my finger.

This place is ran really well. No wait time and great service. My only complaints are: 1. The«manicure» did not include soaking my hands? 2. The«hand massage» was simply the nail tech rubbing the lotion on my hands. 3. I wanted clear polish on my fingernails and it started peeling around the edges of my nails shortly after I left :-( 4. I also found the cleanliness of their pedicure tools questionable…

DON“T WASTEYOURMONEY! Went there last Saturday for a pedicure I had very dry heels and was more than willing to pay an up-charge for callous removal. So opted for the«Kim’s Special Spa Pedicure» which promised to have your feet«smooth, soft and beautiful.» The nail technician put a gel on my heels. But then she removed the gel with a few slight swipes with a buffer sponge. In fact, on the second heel, the sponge was already covered with gel-ish gunk and she did not bother rinsing it off. She was turned to watch TV most of the time she was doing the pedicure. And even tho I paid the up charge for the«Special Spa Pedicure,» I was in the chair less time than the woman beside me who opted for the basic pedicure. My feet were not a bit softer or smoother when I left. A total waste of $ 30. Would never go there again or recommend to anyone.

since the last time, i have only gotten the regular pedicures. the past few months that i have gone, the employees seem rushed and do a pretty shabby job on the polish. i still consider it one of the cleaner nail places around the area. also got my eyebrows waxed here. the lady did a nice job on the arch and cleaning up extras. the only down side was that she put some of the cleaning cloths on my shirt while she was plucking the strays, so there were oil stains on my shirt.
