Absolutely the best!!! I searched and searched for just the right wig and had no luck. Charlotte’s worked with me and found the most perfect wig ever! No one has yet realized that it’s a wig and not my hair. Charlotte’s goes the extra mile and is so empathetic and understanding. I highly recommend them to anyone who needs a wig for whatever reason. You’ll be glad you did.

The woman who owns this shop is extremely insensitive and unaware of her customers’ needs. My mother is going through chemo and has been very nervous about losing her hair. The woman who assisted us scolded her for waiting until now to buy a wig, and teased her repeatedly about being scared to have to wear a wig. My mom expressed a preference for long hair but the owner continually made her try on short hair wigs and told her a longer wig would not be suitable for the summer. She did nothing to make my mom feel comfortable or more at ease during this emotional process. At the end of our visit, the owner remarked how insurance companies tend to «jew her out of money». She was completely unprofessional and rude. I would urge others to take their business elsewhere.
