This place is unbelievable! Prices are just ridiculously high for a thrift store. I’ll never donate anything to them ever again! I found my shirts and old appliances that I donated to them months ago, and they’re selling them for nearly the same price as when I first bought them brand new. Stay away from this organization, I don’t see how they’re helping the poor by selling old goods near brand new prices.

I love this place! 50% off furniture on Saturdays! Awesome finds! Since we moved to Moreno Valley, we have decorated our house here! Fantastic people, cool stuff, great prices! And… it’s for a good cause!

Fantastic place to shop, great deals and the friendliest of employees. I shopped today(4÷29÷2015) and it was my second time there. They have a dressing room to try on clothing and every employee I came in contact with was very friendly, helpful and had a big smile(like happy to be working there). I WILL be back again soon! Thank you Salvation Army for all you do!

I love the 50% off days(the only days I will shop here) but it seems their prices keep rising. It’s as if those setting the prices have forgot this is a thrift store, not a boutique! Because it is a thrift store, I understand the clothing being unorganized and mixed up… not a big deal. The store has been cleaned up recently and it seems the workers are keeping up with it. The customer service is absolutely horrible. The workers on the floor are okay. The cashiers are terrible. Worst customer service ever! They talk amongst themselves, which is fine IF it doesn’t affect your job performance. Many times, I have seen(or have been myself) ignored while they finish their conversation. The last time I was there(about a month ago), I was wrapping up my browsing prior to closing. An announcement was made; the 3 open registers would close in 10 minute intervals, starting at 5:10. I was in line at the first register by 5:06-ish. The 1st cashier said she was closing after the customer she was helping. Okay! Went to the next line. This line could only accept cash because the credit card reader was broken(seems this particular register has had the same issue for a LONG time now). I didn’t have cash so once again, I switched register lines. This was the LAST register available. So, I get in line, begin putting my items on the counter when the 3rd cashier informs me(and other customers in line) that she HAS to close and cannot ring our items up! Are you effing serious??? By this time, I am irritated. I left the items where they were and walked out. The last cashier gave me a disgusted look as I walked out. I checked the time as I was walking to my car; it was 5:08! No registers should have been closed! Ridiculous!

It’s hard to complain about a place where everything is so cheap, but seriously the slowest cashiers ever. On top of them being slow, they stay talking to other worked while there is a line waiting to pay! Ridiculous. They have an okay selection of stuff, just be prepared to wait in line.
