I have stopped at this store several times while in the area on business. Food is always fresh and staff friendly. Easy to find parking and easy on and off both the Freeway and the Ramona Expressway.
What more can one say about a Subway that is run the way it is expected to be! Never have been disappointed and their restroom is also kept very clean

If I could give them 0 stars, I would. I came in early morning to grab breakfast/lunch before I headed to work. When making my sandwich I asked the girl for extra olives. She kept adding two olives onto my sandwich. SO I kept saying «more please». I had to say this at least 5 times. Which was a pain in the behind. So next, comes the sauce. I asked for sweet onion sauce. Again she put VERY little on there. I say «a tiny bit more please» and she DROWNS my sandwich in sauce. To the point where I couldn’t even eat it. The bread was soggy! The person who took my money, didn’t say one word to me. I’ve sent numerous emails to the owner and I have yet to receive a response. PLEASE! IF YOU WANT SUBWAY, THERES LIKE TWO IN A 4 MILE RADIUS. Do not go to this one if you know what’s best for you. Customer service is trash. The food was trash. All around, the worst subway experience I’ve ever had.

Great food killed by employees customer service. We came in and the first one just put the meat and kind of just starred. The male came up and they were giggling and flirting. Finally he asked what kind of cheese in between giggles. She quickly took the next customer while flirting. So I guess we would have had good service if we were young men. The experience wasn’t completely ruined because the lady at the register was very attentive in what bag my kid wanted for his meal. She was definitely all work no play. Thank you for saving our lunch. Will not be returning.
Almost forgot to add, a young girl asked for the key to the restroom only to be told rudely that it was opened. The female then turned to the male and they giggled in front of the young girl. Sad.

Came in here to get six sandwiches (all special orders, of course) on a Saturday morning on the way to Lake Perris. We had sauces on the side, this one toasted, that one no onions, this one extra onions… it was one of those kinds of orders…
The girl working the counter (by herself) was helpful, friendly, and polite — and did not miss one single thing!!! It was perfect and was a great way to start off our weekend morning.
I generally think that you get good service at most Subway locations, but this one was far from just good service — think extraordinary (!!!) and you are on the right track. We were blown away by how courteous and friendly our sandwich maker was… even my seven year old daughter commented on how «nice» she was.
Thanks so much — We will definitely be back!!!
