This doctor is awesome she is kind and listens to what is wrong. She goes the extra mile to accommodate you and she makes sure you understand everything. She even grabed old medical records from my previous doctor to explain to me what was going on because the other doctor really didn’t know how to explain himself or what was going on. The place is old man she has been there foreve so you cant knock her for that but she could do some renovating. No matter what I go to see dr. Poom I dont really care too much for her staff but she is a great doctor with an awesome story I think that is why she is so humble.

This medical office is filthy and disgusting! With duck tape holding up base boards, bugs in the ceiling lights, stains on the walls, and nasty stained carpet in the exam rooms, I will never come here again. Zero stars isn’t an option, so I did 1.
