I called House of Billards to get a pool table I just purchased off Craigslist. This was no ordinary table this table is 9 feet long a antique table at least 80 years old made out of beautiful Maplewood it has Italian slate 1 inch thick. This table is so very heavy but it was moved downstairs and into a truck by Frank and his worker they did an awesome job of seeing that it arrived to my house undamaged.
They arrived to the location on time as promised and disassembled the table drove 20 miles to my house and reassembled here. during reassembly it was a perfect time to have it re-​felted so Frank re felted it with red felt it looks beautiful .

The first hour or so I was very happy with the work done.
I then I started using it and noticed the balls didn’t roll straight. I then retrieved my four foot level and noticed it was way out of level. Not even just one way, but both side to side and back to front.
The next morning I figured I’d give him a call while standing next to the pool table for reference. At that point I noticed the felt had huge ripples in it. Great, I now had two issues. So I gave him a call and he said he would be out to fix it. Week later and two no shows with me waiting all day for each of them. I had now missed two days of work.
Before calling him to set up a third appointment I noticed the new pockets installed by him were forced in and now splitting the wood in viewable sight.
I provided pictures via text and he said that it would be taken care of. Well it’s been four months and he now doesn’t answer my texts or calls. The last text he said he would be here on Saturday and of course never showed.
This wasn’t a cheap job! Every job I had him do on my table ended up failing in a matter of weeks after the work was completed.
