What a terrific crating job. It’s all in the crating. Had a large fragile marble relief in a wood frame shipped. Couldn’t have been more impressed with the communication, price, and packing. Shipped by a common carrier, but there was no problem because of the careful crating.

I had used Craters & Freighters out of Ft. Lauderdale, and having had a great experience with their services, I called the Philly branch to ship my stuff to CA. Once again, I had a great experience: the guys who picked up were patient, pleasant, and caring about handling my belongings, and when they arrived (via the So. San Francisco depot — who also did a great job delivering), I was astounded at how the Philly depot had packed up the loose items, showing great care and a high level of professionalism. I wouldn’t have packed them as well! I wouldn’t hesitate to use them again or to recommend Craters and Freights at any of the locations.
