We called Raab while on vacation when my mother in found the water wasn’t working. There prompt service was great and they where out the next day. Unfortunately it wasn’t just the pump in the well had collapsed :(
In about a week they had scheduled to come out to re-​drilled the well.
Much faster than any one else could.
They estimated to re-​drill an additional 300 feet but only had to drill 60 and didn’t take advantage of a bad situation.
Ellen in the office was always courteous and always return calls.
Bill Who diagnosed the problem was on vacation when I got back called his cell and he spoke to me for an hour when he didn’t have to. It was really appreciated and shows the commitment to the employees.
It was a pleasant experience and I would recommend them to anyone else.
