The owner we dealt with:
1. Did not return multiple phone calls.
2. Did not contact us for over a month (see above), then called and told us he was coming out in 12 hours. By this time, we had sought out another tree care service.
3. Was disrespectful and argumentative.
4. Had a plan for the tree in question that would have actually damaged it further. We discovered this after speaking with another arborist.
If you’re going to put out good money to care for your trees, I suggest finding someone who runs their business more professionally than this.
