Halo removed the ability to post reviews on their Facebook page, thus I am going to share the screenshot of the review that I left with Halo. Posted is the photo, here is the transcript of it: My review(December 31, 2014): «Very poor customer support, very poor service to loyal customers, and in my opinion rather unethical practices for supplying tobacco flavored e-liquid but not providing 0mg of nicotine in said flavors.» Halo’s Response(January 2 at 6:28am): «Tony we do provide our customers with 0mg in many of our flavors» My Response(January 2 at 6:31am): «Halo, I am giving you a low rating because I tried to contact customer support on 3 separate occasions and I was told on each occasion that I should expect a call back within a week. No one ever called me back.» Halo’s Response(January 6 at 7:36am): «Tony great talking to you just now, we will send you out a few samples to help you get down to 0mg!» Halo’s Response(January 12 at 1:24pm): «Tony would you consider adjusting your review of us?» My Response(January 12 at 3:41pm): «Halo Cigs: I posted my concerns on your Facebook page on December 4, 2014, I was given a polite and generic response by you(Halo) on December 5, 2014(very short delay), on your Facebook page. On the same day(December 5, 2014) I asked a customer support question via the same Facebook thread — Halo refused to even address my customer support question until January 6, 2015, despite 3 phone calls made to Halo by myself over the course of a month. It is my belief that if I did not leave a 1 star review on your page on December 31, 2014 my customer support question would have never of been addressed. While I appreciate the act of good faith on your part of sending me out a tester bottle of your 0mg flavor(which I have not yet received), I already used my „Halo Points“ on December 31, 2014(documented in my Halo account) to purchase, free of charge, the product in question(which I am not quite satisfied with). In under 9 months I have spent around $ 300 on your website alone(again, documented in my Halo account). So if you would like me to write a new review for how the most effective way to deal with your customer service department is to leave a 1 star review on your Facebook page and then wait a week for a phone call, I would gladly do so, other than that what do you suggest I consider adjusting my review to?» Then they removed their ability to write reviews on their Facebook page.

I’ve bought from this place a few times, but recent contact with customer service has turned me against the company. I received 4 atomizers, which I used with a third party fluid that has worked fine with their product in the past, but caused instantaneous catastrophic breakdown on these units. I mean, I fill the tank, I tighten the top, and the top shatters off. It sounds to me like these were damaged in the mail or are just plain defective units, but this terrible company refuses to stand by their product and replace them, since they do not support use with third party fluids(which is also not listed anywhere on their site). This company makes a bad product, and provides even worse service. Stay away.

After trying Blu and being disappointed, I did a lot of online research and chose Halo. I ordered the G6 starter kit and mini tanks and they work great. Customer service has been good, they always answer my questions when I call or email. Although I use other products now I still use my Halo from time to time and it’s still going strong. I would recommend giving them a try. I don’t smell like cigarettes anymore and I feel better than I have in years.

Disappointing customer service. I noticed my charger wasn’t working, so I contacted their customer service and there solution was to buy a new charger or pay for shipping and they would test it and get back to me.
