Bruno’s Drive Thru

Pros. Very convenient and most of the employees very nice!
Cons. Expensive, milk has been spoiled several times.

I love going here. I come here for all of my convenience needs. Great hours and has everything just as a convenience store would, you may just have to ask for it.

We came here today as we had a coupon which had 2 free drinks/​2 discounts on other lattes. We had 4 people in the car and politely asked FIRST if it was ok to each use a coupon which they said yes to. Well soon enough it was evident they were annoyed and did not want to honor it when the total of 10.10 was given. We said wait what about the coupon? To which it was adjusted to 5.50 (it should have been 3 or so dollars but we did not want to argue).
The woman told us normally they don’t do this because its a large order– ok that’s perfectly understandable– but then don’t tell us its ok first and then guilt trip us after.
Finally after some minutes of waiting we were given the drinks but the sizes and orders were wrong. Still not wanting to cause a fuss we accepted it and moved on; and realized we were given change of 2.50 from our ten dollar bill– shorted 2 dollars! I would have stopped but there was a cranky old man beeping at me behind; I guess annoyed at how long they took (not our fault)
Anyway long story short the coffee was terrible, they did not honor the price or coupon and their attitude was bad. That was the first and last time I’d ever go back. With such incompetent people working there, it’s a wonder this place is still in business.

love this place! super convenient and friendly service! they have pretty much everything.

Ok service. They never really have what I’m looking for and they are pretty expensive. They are convenient for if you dont want to leave your car. Only come here on rare occassion

This place definitely has the cool factor!
They have everything that you would find a regular convenience store including coffee, lotto tickets and even beauty supplies! All drive thru!
Their coffee is pretty descent, other then that nothing else.
Now, all they need is a liquor license, so they can be a drive thu liquor store!
