Very rude customer service and condescending. I stood in the store for a good 15 minutes while one employee was helping one person, while a line was forming as multiple other employees just waited in the back. When somebody finally came out to «help,» he carried a condescending and very unhelpful attitude. Better off buying from anywhere online.

Dodd Camera has the worst customer service. They are highly rude every time I have visited their store over the past 3 years. Go someplace else to have your photos developed, copied and your equipment bought and serviced

I had heard from friends how good of an experience they’ve had at Dodd camera. I am also a big fan of buying locally as opposed to Amazon or other alternatives however I can say with confidence that this is the last time I will go to this camera store. Both times I’ve gone in there has been a grumpy man with long gray dreadlocks arrogantly asks «what do you mean?» and rolling his eyes every time I ask a question. If you are at all like me, an inquisitive, gregarious, amateur photographer steer clear of this store or enjoy being belittled by unhelpful and rude staff. While I may not be done with Dodd as a whole I’m certainly done with this location.
