I received 3 picosure tattoo removal treatments and my tattoo has barely faded. They claimed that I would be able to see a huge difference after three treatments and you can barely tell the difference. I wasted a lot of time and money for little results. I have left numerous emails for the staff to respond to me and sadly no one has responded to my emails. Very unprofessional! Cleveland has many clinics that perform all the same procedures as this clinic so I will walk away knowing that I wasted my time and money for nothing and I will find a different clinic in Cleveland to perform my future procedures.

This place won my heart over after many Bad experiences elsewhere, their Director of Clinic Services Jennifer was very professional and knowledgeable. I recommend asking for her in advance! Overall great place I give it five stars.

I have been going to the Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center for the last few months for laser hair removal and I have nothing but good things to say! The office is beautiful and the staff is very friendly and professional. :)

Dr. Rossio and all the other employees at Aesthetic Laser & Cosmetic Rejuvenation Center have been wonderful to me. Dr. Rossio does great work, their prices are reasonable and they have been nothing but professional. I can get an appointment fairly quickly and am always treated well. I get botox there and am always more than pleased with the results. I highly recommend it.

Completely unprofessional – the receptionist brings her yippin’ dog to work. That chihuahua snarled and barked at me like you wouldn’t believe. Nothing like going in for a skin care procedure and being greeted by Kujo or hearing a dog bark when you are receiving a treatment. The chair in the treatment room had holes in it. I swear, they looked like cigarette burns. It was weird. I liked Dr. Rossio. He was very precise with the botox injections. Their prices are good-​only $ 14 per unit. But I don’t think a low price is reason enough to go back especially with that out-​of-​control dog.
