Adams Texas Smoked BBQ

I saw a flyer floating around work for a food truck that would be across the street during lunch time today. I figured I would give it a try. I rounded up a couple co-​workers and off we went.
Upon arrival, we saw a green Army truck with people preparing plates of food in the back. On the menu today was a smoked pork sandwich, chicken fajitas, brats, and corned beef sandwich with sides available of Veggie Chili Salad and Apple Dill Cole Slaw. Since he seemed to favor the pork sandwich, I ordered that with both sides.
The pork sandwich was delicious! It had a wonderful smoky flavor and was tender, juicy, and delicious. I wanted another one! The Apple Dill Cole Slaw was dry and lacked flavor, but the Veggie Chili Salad was delicious too. I found myself wanting more of that also.
I hope this food truck keeps visiting my area as we will keep visiting. Four stars for the excellent smoked meat, three stars overall.
