We found Ricky’s Tours while we were cruising on Holland America to Hawaii. We found Ricky to be a very knowledgeable guide. Though not a native, he grew up in Hilo and has so much information about the Hilo and Kona areas. As he drives along on the tour is a wealth of knowledge. We took two tours with Ricky. He has a brand new Ford van that seats up to 14. It is comfortable and the A/​C works great. He has a sometime partner, Mel, that will add his van for large groups. I highly recommend that you contact him if you are interested in touring either Hilo or Kona.
