Everything was fine until the billing. I was initially concerned when they had an older woman hand-​calculate my total bill, but shrugged it off. Then, when I came back to pick up my glasses, surprise! There was another random $ 75 charge the initial woman had «forgotten». This was after I had been assured my initial $ 250+ payment was all that was due. When I tried to question the charges, they told me I couldn’t have my glasses (which I need to see!) until I forked over the additional charges. Shady on all accounts.
