I feel pretty bad about this review but I had heard so many good things about this food truck in Junction City, I had my hopes way up to try these! Most of the crepes seem to be sweet ones but they had a weekly special that was a savory filling. My group tried that one, a blueberry with whipped cream and a cinnamon roll. First, we can see into the truck through the screen door and they were not making these crepes to order. They were being reheated on the griddle so weren’t super warm when we got them. They do come in the folded cardboard containers but need to switch to a brand that doesn’t have a dime sized hole in the bottom that leaks everything out. Plan on staying bent at a 45 degree angle the entire time you are eating these or wear a bib. The contents just weren’t anything they made. Plain blueberries with some canned whipped cream sprayed on them? Okay but not for $ 5+. The cinnamon roll had waaaaay too much goopy topping inside for the amount of crêpe and that was even after a bunch had dripped out all over the parking lot. The savory wrap had quite a bit of meat & toppings but absolutely no sauce at all to add flavor(at least it only dripped juices from the meat?) so was dry and tasteless. Pretty disappointing trip to something I thought I was really missing out on. I know these are kids but they have parents that need to step in and give them some guidance on how to cook and what adults look for in food.

Support the local businesses and try a crêpe! Very cute food-truck set up inside Junction City(changes location annually). Serves both lunch and dessert crêpes, made from scratch! Crêpes typically go for $ 5-$ 7 here and are folded into a hand-held container for enjoyment on the go. If you ask nicely, the girls will provide paper plates and plastic-ware so you can dine in the cute table-set up nearby. During my most recent visit, I got a Strawberry Nutella Crêpe with fresh strawberries. It was very delicious, but because it was such a hot day out, the Nutella started to melt and drip through the tip of my paper container, leaving a bit of a mess.
