If I could write 0 stars I would. This location is the absolute worst locating I’ve been to and seeing the other reviews several agree. Go an extra 4 miles to Arrowhead where employees look professional and act professional. Always long lines and 1 person working while the manager with pink hair talks on the phone. In addition this goes to Victoria Secret as a whole-​why are you the only business that needs a drivers license for a return? I have NEVER been asked to give my private information for a return. I didn’t need my drivers license to buy the items.

I’ve been to this location 3x and was not satisfied with the level of customer service and satisfaction. There were minor issues that could have easily been addressed and resolved, such as a consolidation of gift cards, price consistency, and honoring an error they made. A major disappointment was the cashier *not* telling me the reward I was entitled to and preventing me from utilizing it in its entirety. I will not return to this location and look at Frederick’s catalog instead.

I prefer this location over the one at Arrowhead because the parking is convenient and it isn’t as crowded as the mall location. Bath and Body Works is also located right next store, what a shopping trip bonus!
Merchandise is usually well-​stocked, but they will order the items if your bra size/​color is not available. The underwear displays seems to be the busiest, mostly surrounded with ladies shopping for undies during the sale. It’s pretty funny when you see a random guy shopping for panties with their girlfriend, usually a younger couple that probably just started dating. LOL!
The staff have always been very friendly and the check out lines are pretty quick.

Love this location! It’s close to home and rarely ever crowded. If your anything like me and dislike being in crowds stuck inside a mall somewhere. then definitely come here. The girls are always helpful and willing to do anything they can to make your experience easier.

Good quality underclothes & reasonably priced lotions & body sprays.
Their year round 5 for $ 25 underwear sale is a great bargain! I have yet to find a better deal for underwear that are that well made, comfortable & cute.
The bra’s can be pricey, but they frequently have sales and send out discount coupons.
My 2 favorite body sprays are Very Sexy & Bombshell. I like that they have travel size bottles for $ 10. It’s so much easier to pack them in a carry on or a purse.
Their lotions are very similar in look, feel & price to the Bath & Body Works lotions.

I needed a new bra. I went to this store and they had salespeople who helped measure and fit me all the while being modest and professional. I left with a great fitting bra and ordered a second one that they shipped to me at no extra charge. It was one of the most pleasant shopping experiences I have ever had. I left feeling happy. Very pleased and enjoying a nice supportive bra. I am 47 yrs old.

I think that all Victoria’s Secrets are essentially the same, but I like this one location in particular because, 1) it’s close to home, 2) It doesn’t seem like it’s always crowded, 3) Service is great!
The ladies there are actually very helpful, and friendly, I haven’t encountered any stinky attitude, and they’ve treated me really nice. I recommend this location!
