I’m on a tight budget and the customer service rep helped me get the least expensive plan possible, even though it probably did them little good. The guys there spent a lot of time helping me, despite my problems being time consuming and of little value to them. I really appreciated the service and respect.

I had heard so much about verizon customer service and I was thoroughly disappointed. I have AT& T and wanted to transfer to Verizon and get a new phone as well. I ordered online on 10/30/2013, requesting a store pick-up. I got an email confirmation saying the order is confirmed but I should not go to the store at this point. I will get an email or a response from the store when my order will be ready. After hours of talking to customer service almost every day, I found out on 11/06/2013 that my order was cancelled as I had not picked it up. I went to the store with the print out of the email and was told flat out they dont know anything about emails and they dont know why I got the email not to go to store to pick item up till I got an email from them. It turned into a blame game and no one was willing to accept responsibility. I was just told to ‘have a good day’ and that was the end of it. Now why would anyone want verizon?

This has been my go to location from the beginning of time(well, you know, since the cell phone era). My most recent visit was this past weekend and it was seamless and awesome, as all my visits have been. Though this location is busy on weekends, there is always someone who greets me right away. There have been a few visits that have been fairly long, but my most recent was so quick and easy. Customer service is an A+ here. I feel like they have a great balance of getting people in and out without feeling rushed. I have never had a question they couldn’t answer. The staff knows their stuff. When I come in to upgrade, my new phone is always set up perfectly. On top of great customer service, I have always loved having Verizon. Though prices may be on the higher end, the service is flawless. The only reason I would ever switch is if prices exceeded my budget. Might I suggest a price break for those of us that have been loyal customers since the beginning? I didn’t want to replace my previous review, just add to it. I guess my mom was jealous of my new iPhone and wanted one too! She was very nervous about switching over to a smart phone. Ben,(le sigh, with those dreamy baby blues), guided her through the basics and made her feel really confident about her new phone. I love that I always get great customer service there from people who really know there stuff. Even the people not directly helping us are always friendly. Bravo Verizon for great service and good looking staff.
