I’ve been seeing Dr. Bhallah and his assistant Brady Nelson for a few years now. If it wasn’t for them, the pain I suffer from fibro would be unbearable. Yes at times they are busy, but the staff is always kind. It would be nice if you weren’t on hold for a long time but they do have a patient portal which they respond to quickly. It can be used for prescription refills, scheduling appointments, billing questions, messages to the doctor… etc. Thank you for your continued efforts to give me the proper care I require.

Dr. Gulati is a nice woman and a good doctor. They got new office staff at their Sun city location and things seem to be running better.

Oh — and anytime you need to call in to speak with office staff, make sure to plan to be on hold for at least 10 minutes before your call is even answered.

There should be a zero star. I was there for my very first Appt, I had a 2.00pm scheduled visit, I was not an add on or a squeeze in appt if you will. There was no parking and we had to go two buildings down to find a space, We got in there and it was fairly busy, They called me up and right away. The(your sick so suck it attitude) was thrown at me. You were supposed to be here at 1.30pm.The time was 1.55pm. My Mom and I both let her know that no one told us that, We were not late as again I had a scheduled 2pm visit. She then says why weren’t you here, I advised her that I had dialysis stuff and they come first not you. They keep me alive and out of the Er/Hospital.The lady next to her gives her a stack of paper work and the ignorant and rude staff member left, I was standing quietly there when I asked what do I do next, I was told(WERECHECKINGTOSEEIFHEWILLSEEYOU) I said I have a 2pm Appt time what is this(we will see), I walked out with the staff member saying he will probably see you. I advised as leaving(I have a 2pm appt and were not late) … What a Complete waste of time and horrible attitudes from the staff that was there taking care of the front.

The first doctor we saw at VAC immediately dismissed the idea that my husband could have fibromyalgia because«it’s a women’s disease». It’s not. We switched to a different doctor and in the beginning had a better experience. However, after continuing to see him it seems that he’s just guessing. He prescribes medicines without doing specific tests. It seems like he’s just throwing things at the wall to see what sticks. Additionally, I am so dissatisfied with their level of customer service(assistants leaving messages after«phone hours» so we can return the call, taking all day or longer to return calls in the first place, waiting 15 minutes on hold just to leave a message for them in the first place) that I am looking for another RA doctor in the valley. I’m sure there are some people who have had a good experience with this place, but I would recommend to run fast in the opposite direction. If I find someone else I’d recommend I’ll amend this review with that info.

Seeing Dr Malta for the knee pain that I has struggled with for two years. First visit I was put on mobic one time daily. Beats the aspirin every four hours while awake. I know my issues stem from being over weight and now I am able to walk again. So doctor did her job and it really falls back on me. Staff has always been pleasant to deal with for me.

I really like dr. Mona Amin. Always a pleasure to see her. Wish I never had to be at this office but I sadly have arthritis. My favorite rheumatoid doctor I’ve had this far. Great bedside manner and practical.

My family has been going to this office and seeing dr ballah and Brady for many many years I have been with them for almost 5 and let me tell you something I am sadly leaving great doctors due to horrible horrible staff their office staff is a joke you can never get ahold of a dr or even a nurse there. It’s let me take a message and oh okay I’ll let them know and weeks later nothing then when you finally get in to see the dr he has no clue how his office is ran and claims that he was never given any of the messages left for the past couple weeks. and I’m not an old grumpy lady either I happen to be a young patient that has given chances over and over. Do not waste your time with them

What a whirlwind of a place. I took the time to print and fill out the new patient forms from their website, only to find out the forms are current. Awesome waste of my time. The doctor spoke in medical terms I didn’t understand, I had to keep asking her what she meant. There are so many people coming and going, a literal turnstile of a place. Which wouldn’t be bad if it didn’t feel like a turnstile of a place. And the entrance door could use a treatment of WD-40. That door open and closed dozens of times while I was in the waiting room — so loud and creaky. Speaking of waiting. I wasn’t seen by the doctor until 45 minutes after my appointment time.
