We just got back from U.S.Cellular on University Ave(Peoria IL). I almost never write reviews but Ryan Doyle deserves a more formal Thank You. He is extremely patient and worked with my mother and me until we found a solution to our problem. We ended up having to call Customer Service to get the authorization we needed but Ryan stayed with us(on and off while helping others) to make sure we got what we needed. Thanks Ryan … and U.S. Cellular — you have a rare employee. You have a professional young man with patience that knows his stuff and can explain it to older customers who aren’t as technologically savvy. Hold on to him!

although i «like» the service i get from u.s. cellular(i believe it is the lesser of the evils), i hate knowing that when i go into the store, just to redeem my points, to «buy» a charger, i’m going to wait at least 15 minutes. then, when someone is free to help me, they’re going to spend at least another 10’ish minutes to finish my transaction. what year is it? why should this take so long? are you kidding me? let’s go! hurry up already!
