Worst office staff ever, there are 2 that are nice and the manager and the lady that sits on the other side of the wall from her… rudest lady ever.

We did not have a great experience with this apartment management. We signed a six month lease with a thirty day notice. When our six months were up, we signed another lease for six months. We did not look closely at the new lease, because we no longer had a thirty day notice and now had a sixty day notice. We found out about this when I informed management that we were moving out and gave our thirty day notice. They told me that we had a sixty day notice and had to pay for another month’s rent. Ridiculous! Management has no idea what is going on because they called my husband and wanted to know when we were going to turn in our keys and we had already been checked out of our apartment by the maintenance crew two weeks ago. I would not recommend this complex to anyone.

The apartment have lot of roaches, frogs, lizards and insects. No action taken from the management even after several complaints. Kindly stay away for this apartment on top of this apartment manager is the worst lady, I have ever dealt with. Treats tenants very badly.

I LOVE this community! I lived there for 2 years and have no complaints whatsoever! The only reason why I moved was due to employment relocation to Scottsdale and I did not want to have a long commute.
I highly recommend this property for any time of family unit and age!
