Raising the rent because they claim apartments in the area are raising theirs. This is not true, do your own research on this. They don’t ever clear the roads of snow in the complex until about 24 hours after last snow fall. The appliances are old and dysfunctional but will only be replaced if completely unfunctional. The patio door is full of condensation and should but won’t be replaced. The windows are leaky and have noticeable drafts in the winter, not at all energy efficient. There are silverfish crawling out of all cracks and crevices when the weather is right. It’s like a flashback to the 90’s inside the place, nothing is renovated. There are much newer complexes in the area that you should consider first.
