The Best Little Spa

I bought a voucher from Living Social and made an appointment for the following week. I was a few minutes late due to my special GPS but Julie was understanding and extremely friendly. She explained everything as she went along and I had a very pleasant experience. The facial/​microdermabrasion treatment was the best one I’ve ever had and I will be back.

got a groupon for a Friend. couldn’t be more unprofessional! not only that it took my friend FOREVER to set an appointment, the girl did not show up to take my friend’s appointment! and did not call my friend to apologize and/​or make another appointment! canceled my groupon and DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!

My friend got me a Groupon for my birthday to The Best Little Spa. Neither of us were there before. I called to see if I can make an appointment for the next day but there was no answer so I decided to leave a V.M. with all the details. I got a call back after 2 days and finally I made an appointment. I was very excited and looked forward to get a facial. So I showed up to my appointment to find out that the lady wasn’t even there and she didn’t put me in the appointment book. The lady at the front desk called the facial lady and left her a V.M. saying what happened. So meanwhile I gave her my name and number and she said that she will pass it on to the facial lady. She felt bad and told me that the facial lady will make it up to me for the mistake and will call me back. She also said that the facial lady took on herself too much and she can’t handle it. It’s been an week later and I never received a call back from her! I told my friend to cancel the Groupon and get her money back!
So unprofessional!
