I wish I could give no stars. I’ve been to this Starbucks numerous times over the last couple years and every time I try and run through the drive thru it takes 15+ minutes. And while at the window the employees are messing around inside or laughing/chatting with each other while the drive thru line is 12 cars deep. They also routinely screw up my order. I’m not difficult I just can’t have dairy as I’m nursing and my son is allergic. I always end up driving over to target in the same parking lot, to go get a Starbucks in store

One star because NO stars is simply not an option. As a prior-partner, I have had the opportunity to work at 8 different locations in 5 different states. As a customer, I’ve enjoyed Starbucks all over the world. Never have I ever experienced such a disorganized mess of a café or drive-thru. Expect to spend at least 15 minutes waiting for your coffee, whether you’re in the drive-thru or not. While waiting for your coffee at the drive-thru window, try not to be appalled by the number of partners standing around doing absolutely nothing. And if you’re waiting for your coffee in the café, just get used to the trash on the floors and the crumbs all over the tables. Management is failing this location.

inconsistent at best. just ordered a coffee. no napkins, no stirrers. floors and tables are a mess. wiping down my own table despite there being four people behind the counter and only one customer in line. sometimes it’s not as bad as this but today, it kinda sucks.

I don’t go to Starbucks very often but I do enjoy it. Anyways I went threw the drive threw and asked for a chocolate frapachino the pretentious drink maker then said very rudely«you mean mocha frapachino?» And I said sure whatever. Then she asked what size and I said small she again said very rudely«you mean tall.» Ok I get that I don’t know your stupid Starbucks lingo by heart but that doesn’t mean you have to be rude about it. All that made me think was that Starbucks is stuck up and that girl needs to stick a small chocolate frapachino up her mocha hole.

The slowest drive thru EVER!!! So frustrating. I have a baby and it is not convenient for me to go inside. I thought the drive thru would be easier, but every time it takes 10 – 20 minutes. That is ridiculous. I am giving up on Starbuck’s all together.

I am never greeted when I go in. I always feel as if I am bothering them. I now only go to Starbucks once a month because of this location. I used to go 4 times a week. So thanks for being so rude, you are saving me money.

Wow been in lime for over 10 minutes. I think there should be a wait limit and once it exceeds over 10 minutes drinks are on Starbucks.

Horrible management; rude and just make up excuses why they can’t do something. It is 110 degrees here, so we asked for a 2 pack of brownies from the freezer. There were no brownies in the case. The rude manager says that she can’t sell me any brownies today because she won’t have enough for the next day. That is so stupid. How about ordering more stock. I will no longer waste money at Starbucks or buy my ground coffee there. That is $ 100 spent else where

Would not recommend this Starbucks. I have placed the same exact order multiple days in a row with no problem, then one day they tell me they can’t do it. Really! The next 3 times I go there no problem, then once again can’t do it. Apparently there is no consistency!

I have to agree with some of the reviews in regards to service. A few times each year I will order a couple of travelers for co-workers and pick them up on the way to work. I understand a traveler takes a while to brew and I call in my order the night before. Today marks the third time the coffee travelers were not prepared, even though they were clearly on the ‘to-do’ list. So, while I appreciate the service of the person who took my order last night and wrote all the details down, I am disappointed in the morning staff dropping the ball.

I do love me some Starbucks but I agree with other posts for this location the customer service is just not to par with others. The blonde chick who works there shows not one tiny effort of enthusiasm. I understand it’s the morning but come on girlfriend drink you up a bit of caffeine, put on your dancing shoes and let’s do this! I’d say it could have been an off day but have been in several times and she’s the same emotionless zombie. I think she could have been a «Mean Girl» in high school. Side note great movie a must see. Anyway on to something positive. It’s a good location and love that it has a drive thru. Makes the lines inside really short and fast for all you lazy folks who can’t get your booties out of the car. Yes soccer mom I am talking to you. You just came from the gym(I know cause I just saw you there at the same time as me) and you can’t walk a few steps?!? Don’t quite get that one. Any who!!! To the guys who work the drive thru rock on! The few times that I have been lazy or underdressed for public it’s been a great experience. Keep up the great work cause if blonde doesn’t perk up a bit I may have to join the soccer moms in the drive thru as a regular route.

This starbucks sure has gone down hill! Every single time I go in or go thru drive thru they take FOREVER! I love starbucks and I go to this location because it’s close to work and figure drive thrus are easier and efficient, but not this one! It takes forever! Also, I feel that the employees at this location hate there job. They are always soooo… Dull, Not friendly! On exception of a few(long black hair always braided) and(short girl with hair light blond, always in a pony tail) they are great but the guys… Are awful! So hopefully they weed out the bad and bring in the good! Happy ones! Not only do they take forever but they sure mess up on your drinks! I went with a couple girls and we waited on 1 drink and I guess the guy never even wrote it down! I now go to the one inside target much more friendly! So hopefully they see this post and turn that Starbucks around, it neededs help!!!

I have been here a number of times and each time they do something wrong. It’s ridiculous for the price we pay you would expect excellent service. Just these last three times I ordered pumpkin spice latte grande size and I don’t want whip cream and one time they put it anyway, another time they didn’t but they filled it ½ to ¾ way only and one time they just pumped it with sweet stuff when I asked less sweetener. I don’t go everyday but just a treat, and one of the reasons is you don’t get what you pay for at this Starbucks, and they haven’t once given my receipt unless I ask for it. I pay cash at this place and want my receipts.

I’ve been to this store afew times while shopping in this area. No problems until now. Went in to get my usual half pound of coffee. Other stores sometimes get confused about this order but this store would flat out not do it. The employee said they would have a half pound of coffee left to do nothing with. Nothing with? Are you not a coffee shop? I could think of lots of ways you could use that coffee. My d daughter works for this company and her first priority is customer service. I guess I’ll go to the grocery store and get some Peets from now on.

I go to this location all the time only due to convenience. I always order some sort of iced coffee and 9 times out of 10 its a sloppy mess that is running down my hand and car. I don’t understand how they even pass the drink out to me in the drive thru when they see that it is clearly not wiped down on the sides. I was hesitant to write a post since I go here often but I’m pretty much over how careless these employees are and how much I pay for sloppy coffee messes.

Worst service I have ever recieved. I go to this Starbucks a lot because it’s on my way to work and everytime I regret it. The service is slow, even when I’m the only person in the drive thru. It take them forever to even greet me, and the coffee isn’t that great either

Started in the drive-thru line at 11:30AM. It’s now 11:37AM and I still have not made it up to the speaker box to give my order. Love the idea of the drive-through However it moves way too slow!

Stopped in the drive thru this morning on my way to walk some rescue dogs. I went through the drive thru and had the most pleasant encounter with a girl who had short hair and the spunkiest personality. I pulled up and the first thing she says is «Hey, Nice Car! I have one in black!» to which we started talking about hyundais and how sad I was that I had just gotten damage on my car. I love this place, and will definitely stop in every time I’m down there.
