We hired Roland and his crew to replace second floor carpeting with hardwood floors. We could not have been happier with his work. The floors turned out beautifully and the challenging (but worth it) border looks amazing. He stayed on schedule and cleaned up the worksite each night. We would definitely recommend his company and will be using him again in the near future.

I got several quotes to lay porcelain wood look tile throughout my home and I went with specialized because their prices are great and Rolando and crew are hands down great guys. We had 1K sf of existing tile to demo and 1400sf of 6×36 porcelain planks to lay down. Their crew is super detailed, friendly, and clean up after themselves every night. They definitely have pride in their work and it shows in the details. The job took a little longer than expected because the floor was a bit uneven but they didn’t compromise on quality. I’ve been raving about them to anyone who will listen and have so many compliments on my floors. Hands down would recommend to anyone needing floors done!

I met with Mike a few months ago and he helped me choose some flooring for my home. Their prices are great and because they are in the NW valley it was easy for me to check out their selection at their showroom nearby. They delivered when they promised and got the job done quickly. They even took good care of a repair for me while they were onsite.

I highly recommend specialized flooring. We went to several stores around Phoenix including Costco and their prices did not compare. Also the other stores could not get the carpet in for 4 to 6 weeks. Specialized flooring installed my carpet within 10 days. They worked all day to get it installed. It looks and feels beautiful. Please check them out.
