Can I give no stars? Wow. Dr. Raskansky is good, but her office staff needs to get their s**t together. They had my husband in collections for my bill(my insurance, my treatment) which they were supposed to adjust and rebill. They never did. Just went right to collections. Oh, and there was the time they cashed an insurance check and told us we owed them that $. After calling my insurance co. and telling the office what day they cashed the check on, I was told they’d look into it and call me if they needed anything else. Call me crazy, but once my insurance pays in full and you cash the check, I’m out of that loop. Unless I was supposed to go look through their computer system to see which account that payment was inadvertently applied to. And my favorite: the estimate they present you before treatment that is completely inaccurate. I was given an estimate around $ 50 out of pocket, and when it was done, I was told it was $ 190. Really? I expect estimates to be off. a bit. But not $ 140 with no notice until after, of course, services are already rendered. You’d think you might be able to call and talk to the doctor, when things are this messed up, as it is her practice. Oh no. You can only deal with the idiots in charge of the business. Good luck Dr. Raskansky. Regardless of what type of business it is, you should be able to bring these kind of matters forward to the owner. Unless, of course, the owner doesn’t care. Maybe they have enough patients that losing a few here and there won’t matter…
