We used to take our car here quite often until recently. I am pretty sure routine maintenance has turned costly. Stuff started to break down really fast all of a sudden on my car. Recently I was going to take my car back but they hired this dumb ditz at the front and she’s as clueless as an ice cube. Forgot to tell us THEYMOVED. Knows LESSTHANNOTHING about your car or your service. Total idiot. Why would you hire someone so completely incompetent to «run» your front desk???

I stop in here to get a routine oil change(plus they always have a $ 19.99 coupon on the back of my receipts from the grocery store) of course while I’m there they find something wrong with my oil sending unit and they give me an estimate of $ 100 to repair the issue I decline. Now that a couple of weeks have gone by when I drive I can smell oil burning when I’m driving my car. I look under the hood and there seems to be oil leaking. So I take my car back and I was advised that it’s now leaking so badly that my car is unsafe to drive. Prior to bringing my car to this place I had a regular mechanic who works on my car(who happened to be out of town when I needed an oil change :() and I had never needed anything like this done when he changed my oil. I just find it funny that after they had been under my car I all of a sudden need other repairs done. PLEASEDONOTTAKEYOURCARTOTHEM $ 20OILCHANGEWILLCOSTYOUMOREINREPAIRS

Got 2 new tires here and was told my tie rod was bent and needed replaced. I didn’t want to spend any more than I already was on tires so I said I will wait. He told me my car would start shaking as the rod got worse and I would need to come back as soon as I could. He was right my car did start shaking but I thought that seemed suspicious as it didn’t shake the least bit before the new tires. I went to Merlin on UNIVERSITY(thanks Debbie!) and was informed that the wrong weight of wheel bearings were put in my new tires and that’s what was causing the shaking. He replaced the bearings for free and saved me over $ 200 in fake repairs. One of my major pet peeves in the life of being a female is the need for male mechanics to lie to us and think we lack total common sense. I don’t know what a tie rod nor wheel bearings are but I know when my car starts shaking immediately after a visit to the mechanic, it’s hinky.
