This is my 2^nd time coming to this office, but first time reviewing it.
I was here in 2012 for a tooth removal. There were complications at the dentist office removing it, so I came here to take care of it. Service was great, quick, and moderately priced.
I came here April 6, 2015 for wisdom teeth removal. I had all 4 taken out. I arrived here at 8:45 for my 9:00 appointment, I went through the patient contact form to check address, phone numbers, allergies, insurance, etc. I waited a few minutes afterward and was called into the pre-​op room. While there, the nurse took care of the payment. my insurance covered some, I paid some with my HSA, and the remainder on my credit card. She went over everything with me, including what the insurance covers. She went over the payment before rather than after, which is very nice! The Dr. Merheb came in shortly, went over the procedure with me, and what to expect.
I went back into the surgery room shortly after that, and got all geared up for the work. there were 2 nurses, both very friendly. They were instrumenting me up for the work, including the oxygen breather on my nose, finger pulse reader, EKG pads on my chest, etc. They got my vein on the first try for the IV, which is unusual. Dr. Merheb came in, gave me the shot into the IV, and asked if I was ready. a few seconds later, I started seeing things in the ceiling tiles, and then all faded to black.
I woke up with gauze in my mouth, and was transported to the recovery room, where I was handed the at home care package. In the package was the printed information, the receipt, the 3 pill bottles (antibiotics, tylenol with codeine, and ibuprofen), some extra gauze, and the syringe for cleaning the socket holes. They called my ride, who arrived shortly after. On the way out, they scheduled a follow up appointment to check on the healing.
We are now 1 week from the operation, There has never been any pain in any of the sockets. The stitches held up for ~4 days, which seems about right for the location. Healing is going well, so, it seems that there are no issues from the operation.
