Not very impressed. Couldn’t find anyone in the outdoor power equipment section. Pushed the«need help» button at the service desk. No one came, so I went to the return/refund/customer service desk. Two clerks were there assisting customers. One finished and walked off. Didn’t acknowledge me or say, «We will be with you in a moment.» Nothing. So, the remaining customer service rep finally called someone for me. After hanging up the phone, she said, «There is someone going to that aisle, or there’s someone at the service desk now.» As I headed over, the guy at the desk was walking off. I called out to him, but he kept going. So, back I went to the original aisle… waited another 5 minutes and no one showed up. Back to the customer desk, and pressed the«Need assistance button.» Someone finally came that time. He showed me what I needed, and provided some details, but kept asking, «Any more questions» as though he was anxious to break off contact with me. Not sure if I’ll be back to this Lowe’s. If I do… I hope it’s a better experience. I should have talked to the manager, but I was peeved already.

I recently bought supplies to put in a new roof. Never did it before and started from scratch. The people at Lowes were so nice and helpful. My new roof that I put in looks great, and I have recently made some money by working on freinds roof. I owe it to Lowes.
