It was a great time. The food was amazing and the atmosphere was PERFECT! All of the staff there was great and treated us like kings.

We went for lunch and it was really busy. I thought because of the crowd of people, everything would be slower, not so. Our server was great, the food was cooked right and tasted great. We will definitely eat here again.

I think for a chain steakhouse, this is your best bet. My star level is influenced by my dislike of chains though. They do have really great cuts of steak here if you are lucky to get a good server. We are two for two on bad servers though so hopefully we are an anomaly! First server was very absent and brusque, everything we asked for made her just a little more annoyed. The second and more recent one was extremely absent minded, she didn’t ask us how we wanted our steaks or what dressing we wanted on salads. There are only two pinot noirs by the glass and we only remembered the name of the one we didn’t like so we said bring the other one. She was gone awhile and then brought over the menu and asked where the glasses of pinot noir were listed! Maybe she pulled a muscle at work and was on some heavy relaxers! Salads were not good at all, drowning in dressing and the lettuce was very old and wilted. The strip steak was cooked perfectly and very juicy but was coated in salt. I felt like a drank a jar of pickles when we were done. Asparagus was delicious, cooked perfectly. The filet was fork tender and delicious (and not at all salty!). Their mac n cheese is to die for but the creamy spinach side was just so insanely blah, not a shred of parmesan flavor, just tasted like it was cooked plain in a bowl of butter and milk. If you must visit a chain for a steak, go here and cross your fingers for a server who is pleasant and aware of her/​his surroundings!

Loved the food! Everytime I go it is NEVER a disappoint. I took my boyfriend for the first time a couple weeks ago, and he absolutely loved it. We will most definitely be back! Worth every penny!

Excellent food, clean & quiet. Food cooked perfect. The service was excellent, it was easy to find, and it was just the perfect meal.

I had the Flos filet, excellent. They should have some better wines though. I tried a Pinot noir and a Malbec, both ok but nothing special. The food was great, nice salad, steak cooked just like I wanted it. The butter lemon sauce added extra flavor.

Most of the time when you go to a steakhouse, it is pretty much the same. I have to say I really enjoyed the service and the food. The server was great and the food was hot and tasty. The only thing I will warn you about is the wait. We waited 1hour for a table. The wait starts around 5pm. Also the parking is tight so be prepared to walk from the back of the restaurant to the front. Overall great experience and I would go back again!

Speed of service was terrible. Waited almost an hour for our meal. Very disappointed. Restaurant was almost empty.

Food was overpriced. Corn nuggets were great. Bread was good. Caesar salad was too stemmy. Ribeye was too fatty and so was the fillet. Steak sauce made at table was great. Baked potato was dry. Mashed potatoes were great. Chocolate stampede was excellent and well priced. Probably won’t come back for a while. If you can stand the noise Texas roadhouse has them beat for quality and value.

Stopped there today for an early lunch. Weather was horrible, but there were still people coming in to eat. We were quickly seated at a booth and I noticed the cloth napkins and heavy silverware which are a big plus. The décor is very western and my wife loved it and she is NOT a «western» kind of lady. I ordered the Steakburger and the wife ordered chicken fajitas and fries. My side was a cinnamon buttered sweet potato that was exceptional, plus I ordered a side house salad.
The waitress was friendly and helpful in selecting our food. She also recommended some awesome dessert selections, but we declined.
This is my second visit here and we were as impressed that time too.

Overly priced, under seasoned food.
I got the filet which was tough, chewy, and lacked any kind of flavor. The baked potatoe I got with it was «off». Some weird, grease kind of taste that was very unpleasant. The only thing I enjoyed was the bacon wrapped potato wedges appetizer — but you only get 5 of them for over $ 12. Silly!
The wait was long, but it was a Saturday night. Service was nice.

Perfection as always. 5 stars. The staff is helpful and polite. My appetite quenched. The water is excellent. The steaks are excellent. The bathrooms are clean enough you could eat from the floor. I wouldn’t mind passing out from a food coma in there. Just throw a blanket on me.

Everything was delicious and cooked to perfection. My experience was good. Our waitress was friendly and efficient my only problem was that she brought us to go containers for our food which we had not asked for and we had not even received our meals yet. Although odd, I chalked it up to her maybe getting us confused with someone else.

Yes LongHorn Steakhouse is a chain, but at least I know what to expect. The service varied in quality and speed, but they were generally friendly.
One of the best things about LongHorn is there are items on their menu that are either naturally gluten free or they are able to modify the dish to be so. GF items are not noted on the actual menu. You will need to ask for the gluten free menu. There are more options than I would have expected.
My go to option is the Redrock Grilled Shrimp. For less than $ 17, including tip, taxes, and a drink this meal is a good option. While it’s not the worlds greatest shrimp in the world, it is a pretty decent for the cost.

My wife and I ordered the Sirloin with potatoes and salad. Each steak was grilled to our liking. There wasn’t an overflow of unwanted seasoning to scrape off as with some steakhouses. So we seasoned (salt and pepper) to our pleasure. My wife’s «loaded potato» was too sober for her taste (but our server brought some butter to satisfy her taste buds). BTW — Micah our server was very attentive to our requests … plus he had a great attitude.

They let large parties call ahead and it even helped. Normally, we get there and they still make us wait 45 min or so, but not at Longhorn. They had us seated in only 15 mins. My mom is handicapped and this really helps us. I think this will tip us to holding our family get togethers at Long Horn from now on. Plus, the food was good and fairly priced. We got three of the new sirlons they offered and they were good for around $ 12.

I ate at the bar with Sasha and she took care of me.
I got there late and she feed me and gave me some chatter while I ate.
The food was hot and fresh.
