It is a no frills cheap dive bar. This place is dark and smaller than most downtown Peoria bars, but it is a relaxed place to grab a drink and hang out.

This was one of the few places that I could find open for lunch. It was bar food, and very bland beer selection. I had the chicken strips and onion rings. No WIFI, bartender was too busy with the locals…

Do not go! Very scary at night. Probably the worst bar on Main st. However, they do sometimes stay open all night long so u can party with the bouncers when they get done working.

I like dark and gritty local joints and Judge’s Chambers would fall into this category. However this place was so hot inside I couldn’t stay for more than one beer. I could hang out here if the temperature was more comfortable.

This place was sketchy as hell! We arrived at our hotel early so decided to go across the street for a drink. Dark inside and not a clientele of folks I would hang with. We had our drink and bolted.

If you want to know how the other half lives go here. It is not clean, but the bartenders are always friendly. You have a good chance of either breaking up a fight amongst good friends, hearing a story about Nam, hanging out with a guy whom Lithium was made for, or kicking it with a state prosecutor. No matter what, you will walk away feeling like you have it pretty good.
