Longgggggg wait. Dr. Kelly is really nice though but expect a longggggg wait

i had a preterm delivery and one the of the reason was i had twins, it was told that I was having twins at 20^th week and I ended up loosing 1 kid.
One thing I’m sure every patients agree is dr. kelly’s staff always over books patients, expecting that someone will cancel or be late (I know this happens every office), but here the usual wait time is minimum of 45 – 60 minutes.
It is frustrating especially when you are working and pregnant.

Love Love All the Staff at Jody L Kelly MD and Associates! very nice, knowledgeable and caring. Dr. Anne was my main doctor but what I love about this place is that they have a total of 3 delivering doctors and you meet all of them in case yours is not available for delivery at the time. They always made sure I was comfortable and had all my questions answered. As to Melanies poor rating… they will not accept patients when they are so far along unless you have another doctor refer you because they need all their transcripts. My cousin was 30 weeks and they told her they couldn’t see her but then went to her family doc and he then «refered» her and they accepted her.
All in all, this place is great! I recommend all my friends there.

Never been a patient of Dr. Kelly and never will be. I have been having medical problems and I feel my Dr. hasnt been helpful or even caring so I called Dr. Kelly’s office. I was told she was a good choice in OBGYN, so I thought this would be a great place to check out.
Well, I called and asked if I could see Dr. Kelly because I was a pregnant woman wanting a second opinion. They asked me how far along I was and once I told them I was promptly told that they wouldn’t see me.
Great customer service and care for the patient :| NOT.

I love my wife more than life itself and I would only trust her and our children with Dr Kelly. The staff are knowledgeable, patient and genuinely caring.
