All in all I had a pleasant experience at the pain institute. The ladies at the front desk are very friendly. However I did have to fill out a lot of paperwork. Plus I waited for a long time before I was called back to see the doctor. The nurses and the doctor was very friendly. Dr. feather gave me some very excellent advice. He was very knowledgeable and professional. All in all if you’re looking for some advice and help with your chronic pain I would not hesitate to make an appointment. I am kind of disappointed that it took them at least a half hour past my appointment time before I got back to see the doctor. I was also told that you had a surgery coming up so I’m fortunately they were running behind that day so maybe it’s not always like that.

My appt was at 2, finally got out at 4:45. The office staff/nurses are rude, unorganized, and uneducated on office policies. The front desk doesn’t communicate with the back desk. One person will tell you something before checking out. And the check out person tells you something completely different. You have to be there 15 – 20 minutes early so you can sit in the waiting room an hr past your appointment. On the bright side, Dr. Feather was kind, knowledgeable, and insightful. He is the reason I gave this place a second star. All in all, it was a very long, frustrating, and annoying experience.

Dr. Feather is an amazing pain management specialist with a wonderful personality!
