Gone Blue Pool Service and Repair

I needed some pool repairs done quickly.
I called four companies and Gone Blue was the only one that responded right away. They started work the next business day and the. job is done. We bought a house whose pool was inappropriately built within a jungle of trees and bushes. This pool has been progressively greener every summer, requiring shocks about every other day. We had numerous tests done on the pool, dumped countless Angry Eggs into the pool, had various short time pool services that would get the pool clean for a while and then eventually the pool would bloom again. In 2015 I knew we had hit rock bottom when our dog wouldn’t get in.
Ed was the only one who correctly diagnosed that a jammed backwash valve was ultimately causing the dirty water to consistently circulate back into the pool, a situation that was not cleared by backwashing or even the consistent shocking. Basically, the sum of a history of trapped particles was being allowed back into the pool. Now, with regular service, the pool is being used by humans and canines alike.
