Best Burger in town! Double bacon cheeseburger with ketchup and grilled onions… I could eat that every day.

Good burgers but if you want a shake hopefully they have ordered the shake mix. I was excited to have their shake and get in and guess what… no shake mix… And to top it off my card magnetic strip didn’t work and the couldn’t punch in the number because«they aren’t allowed to» they didn’t bat well with me this trip! However burgers are good and customer service is ok. Just beware of certain things not working!

I ordered everything on my burger, thinking it would just be lettuce, tomato, pickles, onion(the normal stuff)…boy was I wrong. It came with mushrooms and other weird stuff I couldn’t even distinguish if you asked me to. Anyways, thats not the point. The point of this review is to warn others of the mediocre burger and greasy fries. If I wanted to spend $ 11 for a burger and fries, I would’ve rather went to Chili’s. Hardee’s makes a better burger than Five Guys. If you want the same quality food as this, just go to Steak N’ Shake… it’s a hell of a lot cheaper too.

I love this place! Has anyone else been there when KB is in charge? I just love how that guy greets everyone. So much energy and enthusiasm!

Good food fast. Huge portions way to much food. Free peanuts, little pricy but good value just do a single burger.

My go-to in town for a greasy burger(when I’m not drinking downtown). Management is great, the crew here has stellar teamwork. I’ve come in for dinner rushes, lunch rushes, and at random times throughout the day and I’m always in and out in the same amount of time. Never had a bad burger here.

As a chain. The food is of course the same as any other Five Guys, but I was here with a friend at 3pm… Not busy at all and a female worker decided to sweep the dining area… While flinging the metal chairs around banging them into the tables and other chairs, SUPERLOUDANDANNOYING. Then, the drink station apparently over flowed? Well half the dining area was flooded… Holy cow!

The burgers are great and I love how you can customize the toppings. The fries are good as well but seem to be missing some flavor. Overall, a great burger bar and will come back again.

Finally satisfied my curiosity about Five Guys food. The burger is cooked well done, so flavor comes mostly from your choice of toppings. After eating, I left not hungry and satisfied but not overly wowed by the food. The bun only barely holds up against the onslaught of moist toppings(which are plentiful to pick from and cost nothing extra, a plus). The fries while locally sourced and freshly cut were heavily salted to the point of unhealthy. Aside from that, the cut was nice and holds up perfectly if you like to dip in ketchup. Having had gourmet burgers, my palate is far from impressed, but the more simple part of my taste buds said it was not bad. Keep to the hamburger, avoid the extra calories of the cheese and, even if sharing with someone, select the small size of fries. And go for water. You’re going to need it after a few fries. A big step up from McDonald’s. But a far cry from a place like Kumas Corner in Chicago. Recommendations: ease down to medium-well at least, medium would be better, and apply a lighter hand to the salt shaker. Also, ponder a hardier bun. Maybe even add the optional pretzel bun. If you have the choice of McDonald’s, BK, Wendy’s or Five Guys, I’d go with Five Guys.

Just ate here and usually love it but the last 2 times I’ve been there the quality was lacking. This time my order was wrong I was overcharged and the quality was bad. In a restaurant the quality has to be consistent no matter how busy

I will say that the staff is 5 stars. This was my first time so next time I’ll know a little more. The beef seems to have NO Fillers 100% but my burger(I got the double) was dry. The fries weren’t anything special and many were greasy. McDonalds are much better. They did have a lot of toppings and maybe I should have added more. All I had were Mustard, onion, and pickle. But for the money, I think there are better chains out there.

For burgers, it’s about as good as it gets. Heart-attack material, but tasty. Go for the little hamberger(single patty) with double mushrooms and onions. Fries are great, but both In&Out and Chic-fil-a has better fries.

Went here for lunch on a Saturday at noon and could not have been more impressed with the service. I walked in and was immediatly greeted by a smiling woman at the counter. I’d never been to Five Guys before, so I had a few questions which she happily answered. While waiting for my food, I noticed one employee sweeping the floor, while another was cleaning tables. I had zero issues finding a clean table to sit at. When I went to pick up my order, a gentleman handed me my food, smiling the whole time, and told me he hoped I enjoyed it. These little things are what you don’t see at most burger joints anymore. I can’t remember the last time(outside of the South) that I went to lunch and saw so many happy, smiling, friendly employees working hard to make sure you enjoyed your meal in a clean environment. This is how I would like to run a resturaunt if I owned one. Call me easy to please, but after going to place after place in the midwest with dirty tables and rude employees, this was a breath of fresh air. The food? Exactly what I expected based on word of mouth — very good. Would love to go to this Five Guys again.

I think this place is a little over priced for a fast food joint. I mean, once you buy your burger/fries/drink ALL separate it really adds up quick and feeding a family gets pricy. Their food is decent, but honestly it’s super greasy. If you want a quick, good, but greasy meal, this is your place. I can feel the sludge in my ateries after eating here! LOL, but sometimes you’re just in the mood for food like this.

Quality food for a reasonable price. Probably the best take-out burger I’ve ever had. Way better than the best known fast food chain burgers and just a little more money. I get the cheeseburger with«Everything» plus jalapenos. Go with friends(or a date) to split a bag of fries with.

I had heard of this chain for a few years, that gave away peanuts and doled out the toppings en masse at your request, but I didn’t realize till I went there how good it actually could be. The ordering experience is straightforward and they make it easy with the«All the Way» option. All burgers are doubles and the burger is an honest, fresh, greasy mess. Do not go here in a suit and expect to be untouched. Even the bag gets grease spots due to the fries being cooked in peanut oil and the liberal way in which they chuck em in the bag(part of the charm of the brand). The staff was polite and welcoming and the food was well prepared. In addition the entire place both back and kitchen looked as clean as a whistle and well maintained. The kitchen is open, and you can see them do food prep which is a bonus. I am a fan of the brand overall and feel 4.5 stars would be more appropriate if possible.

I love Five Guys. This was my first trip to the Peoria location and I can see where some complaints come from. The workers were very flustered and seemed to mess up and miss at least two orders, delaying ours. My burger was great, it tasted exactly as I’ve come to expect considering I get the same thing every time. I’m not in love with their fries, but I do like that they carry multiple bottles of malt vinegar. As for the pricing, I think they charge competitively. I prefer to pay $ 4.50 here for a cheeseburger than getting any dollar menu gut bomb. We had three adults and two children eat for $ 25 which is good, even for fast food. I like that the buns are very plain. I hate burgers with a huge bun that takes away from all the goodness inside. I think this place is worth a try if you like burgers.

This was our first visit ever to a Five Guys. I had a little cheeseburger with pickles, mustard and grilled onions and we shared an order of regular fries, which was plenty. The burger was good, but to me really tasted similar to a Burger King burger. The fries were pretty good. No atmosphere to speak of on our visit unless you want to count the people next to us who were letting cell phones ring endlessly with lame ringtones or the guy behind us who was blaring music out of his laptop.
