Horrible experience. I rarely leave reviews, but this was so bad I had to say something to warn everyone. I booked through a website, and when I checked in, the front desk attendant kept telling me that my credit card had been declined. It took a phone call to bring the manager down to convince her that the way it works with a website is that the website I booked through provides a temporary credit card, but everything was really, truly paid for. They mistakenly charged my personal credit card a second time, and I was the only one to notice it. I tried to call down to report this double charge, but my room phone didn’t work. To sum up the rest of my experience, view my photos and here is a list: Pros: The free Wifi worked well Cons: FILTHY — holes in the bedspread, yellow-stained pillow cases, fingerprints all over the windows, broken chair, grimy/nasty shower, toothpaste on sink(not from me), handle missing on dresser, MOLDY coffee pod filter left from previous occupant!!! Room phone was nonfunctional. The sink and the shower faucets both sputtered before the water came on, which was unnerving. There was also no hot water for a shower in the morning(not that I particularly wanted to use the shower anyway).

This place will not refund your money or help with laundry contamination if you encounter bed bugs while staying here. Bed bugs are very common in this part of the country. I was told«sorry we can’t do anything, we didn’t find anything.» I have picture and video proof of living bed bugs while this incident took place and happened at their establishment.
