DSW is always a great shoe store, with an extensive assortment appealing to every kind of customer. I came here earlier in the month with my parents and husband. My mom had been searching for a pair of dress boots, and we found her a great black leather Nine West pair that fit her beautifully. My husband also ended up with new boots, an impulse buy that he just couldn’t leave. The store was absolutely packed on a Saturday afternoon, one of the busiest DSWs that I have ever seen. I was impressed that even with the mass amount of people shopping, we were offered assistance a couple of times.

I visited this store while on business travel and was very pleased with how helpful and attentive the staff was. I needed shoes for a wedding and only had 15 minutes to shop. Worse I had no room in my suitcase for a box of shoes. I asked could they ship my purchase to my home in D.C. and they did it with no problem! The Manager was friendly and helpful too. This store will be my shoe shopping destination whenever I visit Peoria!

Holy Mackerel, that is a lot of shoes. If you are looking for the perfect pair of shoes for that new outfit, you will not leave this store disappointed. Prices are decent for designer brands, but O that clearance rack. It is heaven for my feet and wallet.

Grand Prairie is moving on up wih the addition of this shoe megastore. Although it stocks a lot of the same shoes as the surrounding shops (Clarks, Bergners, Famous Footwear) they are all CHEAPER! Mostly only by $ 5 or so, but those $ 5 can add up! This is really your go-​to place when you need to start shopping for a specific shoe. If you see one in the store you like but wish it was a different color, it will be online! Plus if you sign up in the store for the preferred card which is just their loyalty card, you get free shipping on the website and then can return the shoes in the store so it’s bascially like no shipping either way. It’s the perfect blend of brick & mortar and online shopping!
