This location does not put customer service as a priority. I called to see if I could find/​order shoes and they were completely unhelpful. Luckily the avondale location was the opposite and they found the time to help me order the shoes over the phone! I will be going to the avondale store from now on.

I have never been to a DSW before due to the lack of locations for hours by my house. While on vacation my mother in law suggested this store so I figured I’d try.
It is a giant open warehouse full of shoes :) I got some decent Nike running shoes in the clearance isle regularly $ 89 for 40% off. I also snagged some socks for $ 10 but I should have bought them at old Navy next door for $ 4 very similar style.
My husband was dissapointed with the selection of sizes. The Nordstrom rack across the parking lot has men’s shoes sizes up to 15 and he wears a 13. At DSW we asked asked associate and she showed him the 4 pairs of shoes in his size…4! The associate said sorry about the selection and the designers of the shoes do make them in his size and bigger but they just don’t sell them. She suggested Nordstrom rack haha.
Needless to say he won’t be buying shoes at DSW.

I wasted all day yesterday browsing the mall and show stores looking for a specific type of shoe. I found the shoes I needed right away at DSW! I found them online, called in to double check they had them in stock like it said online and they did. Stephen helped me out and held the shoes for me. Great and easy service!

I love this DSW store. It is huge, lots of selections, wide aisles, and prices are pretty cheap. Especially if you add the coupons you get in the mail. SCORE!!! WOOT WOOT!!!
