Circle K

Pay at the pump and then run for your life. The staff in this place is either clueless or geniuses, I haven’t figured it out yet. Nevertheless, I always get RIPPED OFF. It’s either, «Sorry that’s what rang up and I don’t know how to fix it», or some other crap. Today, their own electronic signs advertised that if you bought 2 bags of Lay’s products that you saved a $ 1. Unfortunately, the COMPUTER hadn’t been updated to reflect the promotion so they couldn’t honor it. I am not only going to stop going to Circle K, I am going to stop shopping at Fry’s for their mere affiliation with this corrupt company.

I have a buddy that flew in from out of town that I have not seen in 4 years so we decided to have a good night sadly we ran out of beer and were definitely needing a few more I showed up at 1:58 in the morning to purchase an alcoholic beverage and was declined by an extremely rude associate named Scott who said it was 2 am after verifying the time on my phone and
as well as another patron he still refused to sell us the drinks we were hoping to consume before his 4pm flight back Michigan.
What made this experience even worse was that when I called to get his name he refused to provide it I literally had to coerce Scott into providing me with his name.
This is definitely not the outstanding customer support I have come to know from this Circle K

I pulled into the Circle K and there’s garbage blowing across the lot. ALL of the trash cans on the islands are overflowing. I mean ALL. The trashcan by the door is overflowing and when I mentioned it to the people behind the counter they do not say «Thank you will take care of it» but instead give me the stinkeye. There’s a reason why QT is kicking Circle K’s ass in Arizona. The gas pump in front of me is out of order and the screen on the gas pump I used is hard to read. Guess what? Never coming back. And this is only one of MANY dirty, worthless Circle K’s!.

I go the this Circle location at least once a day for coffee. And usually I ignore the mess. But, I can’t ignore it anymore! This location has to be the dirtiest Circle K I have ever been in! It looks like they have not swept or mopped in weeks!, the coffee dispensers havent been wiped down in who knows how long! Today, I tried to get coffee and as I braved my way through the mess, as I get to the coffee machine and the trash can right next to it was covered in nats (at least 40)! When I attempted to tell the employee he just looked at me and said «what do you expect I am only one person»! Hmm, I guess i shouldn’t expect cleanliness, or pride in your location! Needless to say I will be driving the extra 5 min to QT from now on! I am sure nothing will come of this rant in Circle K’s end … Take some pride in your company!

I usually go to a different Circle K, but had to take a different route this morning on the way to work. I stopped into this location, and was blown away by the amazing customer service I received. The cashier was very engaging and extremely friendly. Needless to say, I will be making this location my daily stop.

I used to go to QT because it was closest but recently moved and now live near Circle K. What a shock going in to such a filthy and unkept store after frequenting QT which is always spotless.
