The lady is knowledgable for sure. But the reason why I would give a star or no star is the overall experience
If you go here after 6 pm and when it’s dark the area will throw you off– with neon lights outside. Her husband and manager John was very nice and friendly.
She counseled me for almost 45 minutes about why I have dark spots and what treatments are better options — I appreciate the input but 45 minutes was too much especially since I had just come in after work and it was already dark
The worst part was the strange facial
I specifically said I wanted skin lightening
I choose a very expensive facial similar to a dermabration but she did something with water and took two very painful long electrodes and rubbed it to my face with the pointy edge on it.
It was horrible
She kept saying «lymph flow will be better and your face skin will be tight» but I’m 35 and I don’t care about that I wanted a lightening treatment
I paid a fortune! The prices are ridiculous!
I would be terrified of going in again

Adrianne is awesome! She’s very knowledgeable, friendly and super sweet. She offers a great package deal. I got the one for acne and it has transformed my skin! There are noticeable visible results after every treatment! The texture and tone of my skin have improved. I’ve had facials from Chicago to California and she is definitely one of the best estheticians I’ve had! You should definitely check her out!
