Literally, the best AC company in AZ. I can’t say enough good things about this company. We had an AC unit from 1998 that was on it’s last leg. It wasn’t going to last through the weekend. Friday I was calling companies and getting quotes, trying to figure out who could help us over the weekend. Not only was Arctic Fox a very competitive price, they were the ONLY company that could help us on Saturday. We had an AC unit installed the very NEXT day!
Heath installed the unit with precision and the highest standards, everything works perfectly and looks great. His recommendation for units and standards for installation are far superior from other companies.
This is the only company we’re ever going to use in the future and we will be telling everyone to do the same!

In the 5 years that I have used this company for my house remodeling they have earned this five Star rating — If you need ac or heating or evap cooler work or ductwork or plumbing from repairs to new install this company will not waste your time or money, I shopped around a lot before my new install ac /​gas heat combo , others wanted more for less work and or tried to lie to me about what all was needed to install unit I have built homes I know what’s needed, In my thirty years of owning homes for my self and several others I rented out to people, This company is the best I have ever hired .Not a greedy large company working on commission.

We decided to install a swamp cooler on our roof before the upcoming summer months. We found Arctic Fox online, requested contact through their website and were contacted back within one hour. Heath, the owner, came over to our house to discuss what we were looking for and to look at the existing system. He tied the swamp into the existing AC duct system, created custom duct panels to fit, and installed a custom water line. They showed up early in the morning, and worked throughout the day to get the system installed. They worked late to ensure the system was installed the same day. His quote for the work was right on and the entire team was very professional. We will, and already have, recommend Arctic Fox to anyone in the West Valley needing AC, heating, evap, or water heater work done. It was the best experience we have had with any company in this industry.

I just had Arctic Fox A/​C & Heating out to service my a/​c for the summer. They were recommended to me by my brother. These guys are GREAT! It was explained to me in detail what they were going to do. There was a part they suggested to replace — it would eventually stop working and I don’t want to deal with a broken a/​c unit in 116 degrees. They had the part on their truck and replaced it very fast. The technicians, Heath and William were very knowledgeable and professional. I will use them again and I would highly recommend them.
