Steer clear of this Arby’s. I went there tonight and there are gnats all over the sauce and beverage area. It is disgusting. When I told what appeared to be the manager — he said, oh yeah, we are working on that! Seriously!!! I used to love this fast food but I was not impressed tonight. Probably will not be back to Arby’s again. I tried the new brisket sandwich and wanted it without the cheese and asked for the onion straws on the side. The brisket flavor was ok, but it was dried out and was hard to bite and chew. I received about 5 onion straws — why can’t you get an order of the onion straws instead of the nasty onion rings they sell. Oh, well, too bad. Beware — it just isn’t what it used to be!
