My experience with American Rental was more than excellent! Michelle, in their office, has got to be the most friendly customer service person I have ever dealt with! I will only use them for party rental needs from here on out! Thank you SO much Michelle for all your kindness and help!
Oh and the chairs I rented for my sisters shower were perfect! :)

I was scared to rent from this place because of all the negative reviews online — nevertheless, my experience was positive.
We rented lilac table cloths, silverware, glassware and plate ware for our wedding. Everything was in very good condition and reasonably priced. They delivered on-​time, and picked up all rented goods at the end of our event. They only required that you rinse (not clean) all dishes before returning to plastic carrying bins.
Fear not! At least one person had a good experience here :)
