This is the Best B&B we have ever stayed in, Sandy & Matt are so friendly! Our room was clean & so… comfortable! Breakfast was amazing! We will definitely be back. They have a cottage to rent for the week too. We toured it and it is beautifully decorated and spotless. Love Pentwater!

Possibly the best b&b I’ve ever been to. Fantastic house with a very large deck (it is even larger than the inside space) where you can sit where ever you want. The rooms are not very large, but large enough to accommodate a king size bed. Each room has a TV with cable and dvd player.
The owners are very nice and cook delicious breakfast. Snacks and drinks are also available throughout the day.

A great central home base from which to explore the cozy town of Pentwater, MI. Borrow the beach cruisers and ride the couple of minutes into town or to the beautiful state beach. In the evening, enjoy s’mores at the fire pit. The Innkeepers, Sandy and Matt, are very friendly and hospitable, though not at all intrusive.

I didn’t actually stay here, but I did get to walk through this historic, romantic, and lavish get away house, thanks to Amy, the owner.
It was absolutely beautiful. Each room is decorated with it’s own unique design and all rooms have their own bathroom, which is a nice amenity. They also have a lot of lounging rooms for hanging out, playing games, and chit chatting.
I would love to come back and stay even just one night, so then I can complement them on the other things I have yet to try!
