We called them twice and they confirmed they had the rim we were looking for in their inventory. We drove for over one hour and as it turns out they didn’t have the rim. They offered no compensation or store credit. Terrible customer service. Not recommended.

I wish I could rate this place with ZERO stars. They sold me a BAD engine. It was BAD from the moment my well-qualified ASE certified mechanic first tried to start it. All I got was the run around from everyone for over two months afterwards. Bryan, the«owner» is without a doubt one of the rudest, most unprofessional people I have ever had the misfortune of dealing with. He refused to return phone calls(left both on his personal voicemail as well as with other employees) and only finally called me back once I let him know I would turn it over to my attorney. When he finally did call back he let me know to sue him and he hung up. Avoid this place like the PLAGUE!

Absolutely awful. I purchased a lemon transmission from Clay at University Auto Recyclers. He blamed is on my mechanic and my mechanic blamed it on him. In the end, I ended up eating not only the cost of the transmission but the installation fees as well. NEVEREVER would purchase again from them !!!

My recent purchase from University Auto Recyclers left me with a «never again» sort of feeling. The staff, Daniel in particular, was unhelpful both in describing the item I bought from them and later when trying to work out a solution. I got the impression they’d just rather not have to deal with customers at all, and that they really didn’t give a damn once they’d gotten the money. If you walk in to their building, inspect each part for yourself & understand ahead of time what«caveat emptor» means, you might be OK with UAR. Otherwise, I’d stay far, far away.
