Shontell might be the rudest Taco Bell employee that I have ever met. I am from Dallas, visiting my best friend while he is in training at the Pensacola NAS. She yelled at me to sign my receipt. She yells at her employees. she yells at her other customers. She was there preparing the food, all of my hard tacos were soggy and soft by the way, she was back there throwing food and boxes. The cashiers were nice but did not seem to be happy working with or for her. One of the girls said that she was the manager. We are on the phone with corporate so maybe we can help those girls out! Just rude.
