They treated me like a VIP. I had to replace a broken door lock and I called them to schedule a service call. They told me I could save a considerable amount of money if I would bring the broken lock in to their store. When I called back and said I could not remove the lock from the door, they talked me through the process. The lock turned out to be beyond repair, and they sold me an excellent replacement lock. They quickly rekeyed it and told me how to install it. I was extremely impressed with their genuine desire to save me the added cost of a home service call. They clearly want customers over a quick sale.
I would recommend this company unconditionally.
