truly a great place to get your computer and cell phone fixed. I had my computer screen broken and within a few days they fixed it and now it works great and the staff are friendly and know what they are talking about I will bring all my stuff to them for now on no matter what other prices I find and you should do the same.

I took my asus laptop here on recommendations from friends. In the end it was a hard drive that was failing on me which is what I told them I suspected the very first time I went in. But each of the three visits I went in they just told me I need to reinstall the operating system. So after a couple reinstalls and «updating» the OS, and it still not working, I decided to fix the problem on my own. Wish I would have saved my $ 160. I don’t think these guys have the ability to diagnose some hardware problems on site which is a serious problem for people who have such issues. I can say that the customer service was outstanding and they are very friendly…

I took my iPhone here to get the glass fixed. It completely fell apart. Then I took it back to get repaired, and it went totally inoperable! Then I took it back again and they made the problem even worse. This was like a total disaster. They seem to have no idea what they are doing or what is going on. The owner was nice at first but after my problem kept reoccurring, instead of fixing it for me, he basically just handed me my money back, with an attitude, and said he didn’t know. I basically just in the end wound up with more problems than I started with. Completely not recommend this place to anyone fixing their phone or computer!

These guy’s are the computer ER doctors! I live in pcola however I go to school in Mobile. On more than one occassion I have had issues with my laptops within a 12 hour deadline of having a paper due or needing access to review for a final, etc… This can be extremely stressful. These guy’s have bailed me out everytime I’ve had an issue and have done so within a time frame of the same business day. They are professional, friendly, and know what they are doing. I trust them with all of my technological repairs. In addition to all of the mad respect I have for these guy’s, they are inexpensive:)

Five stars all the way! I walked in to ask about pricing and in no time at all my iPhone 5 had a new screen. The tech was extremely helpful, polite, and knowledgable. The store also has reasonably prices used Mac products. I will be going to these guys for all my computer needs.

Brought my iPad in for repair of a cracked screen. Quoted price was considerably higher than competitor. When I asked about this — not demanding lower price, just asking — I was told to take it to the competitor. The only other comment was a disparaging remark about the other company. Actually, I would’ve paid the higher price, but never had the chance. Would prefer to keep my business downtown. Disappointed, but maybe I just came at a bad time.

Friendly staff, fast service, and awesome prices. My MacBook Pro was running slow and having issues. Within a few minutes the problem was diagnosed. After the new hard drive came in my computer was fixed in a few hours. Anyone in Pensacola who has issues with their computer or phone needs to bring it to Palafox Computers. My computer runs like new now and I couldn’t be happier.
